What are the costs for qualifications?

How do I register my learners?

All of your learners can be registered using our secure Electronic Learner Registration (ELR) process. Please use your username and password to access the secure centre area where you will find detailed instructions.

My username and password for ELR doesn't appear to be working?

Please check that you are typing uppercase or lowercase appropriately as the website is case sensitive. If you are still experiencing problems please contact your Customer Support Officer who will be happy to assist you.

Where can I find a LAD code?

All Learning Aim Database codes can be found via the Learning Aim Database search facility.

How can I obtain a replacement certificate for my learners?

You can submit your request for replacement certificates by sending us a completed Replacement Certificate Request form. Please use your username and password to access the Form Bank in the secure centre area to download this form.
