Appeals and Complaints

If you as a learner have a complaint or want to make an appeal against an assessment decision you initially need to contact your learning provider and follow their formal complaints and appeals process.

If you are unhappy with the outcome please call Open College Network South West Region on 01752 831500 for further guidance.

All OCNSWR Recognised Centres are required to have a Complaints and Appeals Policy in place.
