All employers are encouraged to make a skills pledge to promise that they will enable all staff to achieve a minimum of a Level 2 Qualification. We can help you to fulfil this Pledge and meet the needs of your business and your workforce.
OCNSWR works with employers to design and develop accredited programmes and qualifications that meet national standards.
We offer Vocationally Related Qualifications, which are supported by Sectors Skills Councils and the flexible Qualifications for Progression, which allow you to map your employee induction and generic training to nationally accredited units and qualifications.
N/OCN qualifications consist of units of assessment, each with an assigned level and credit value, which allows employers and learners to achieve and offer learning in the workplace at their own pace and build towards a full qualification.
You know the skills your employees need, we can work with you so that the content and focus of the learning suit exactly what you need.
Accreditation is flexible so your programmes can be as short as one day or a longer module, with achievements recode and certificated at every step of the way.
Accreditation can be used to provide a framework in the workplace which enables employees to complete training you want them to undertake.
