Skills for Supporting Public Services

Our Level 2 Certificate in Skills for Supporting Public Services is a key qualification within the Public Sector Skills Framework, which aims to improve the quality of customer service by expanding the skills, learning opportunities and job satisfaction of public sector employees.

The qualification has been developed by the Sector Skills Council (SSC) Asset Skills in response to employer demand.
